SYMONS TRACKED CONE CRUSHER-
SYMONS 3 Ft Standart cone crusher with hydraulic clearing and adjustment with suitable bowl liner and mantle and mounted on floating frame.
Purpose built mainframe on 35 ton track frames with manual and remote controls.
Feed hopper 3600 x 1600 with conveyor belt feeder(900 mm wide) to cone crusher folding for transport.
Discharge conveyor 10 meters x 900 mm wide, hydraulic folding for transport. Power unit is an Cummins Diesel Engine 340 HP running at 1800 R.P.M. with tandem Kawasaki
Variable flow pumps.
Clutch: Twin disc 14 in , triple plate over centre type.
Drive to Discharge conveyor and belt feeder are hydraulic motors from variable flow pumps directly mounted to engine, this gives an independent drive to the conveyor and feeder before
Engagement of clutch to cone crusher is necessary.
Controls of Discharge conveyor and Belt feeder by individual Danfoss proportional valves blocks with Flow controls to allow selection of required speed on both items, the Cone
Hopper can be fitted with a Milltronic feed control with controls the level of material in cone feed hopper.
The Lubrication pump is driven direct from engine , this enables required lubrication oil pressure to be achieved before engaging clutch to cone crusher.
A magnet can be fitted over Feed belt to protect cone crusher from tramp metal. Safety shut down systems shall be provided to operate in event of oil failure on crusher or the
