NISBAU Doppelwellen- Chargenmischer
Der bewährte Doppelwellen-Chargenmischer ist das Herzstück jeder NISBAU Mischanlage. In sehr kurzer Mischzeit erreicht er bei jeder Rezeptur eine konstant hohe Mischguthomogenität. Seine ausgereifte und solide Bauweise sorgt für niedrige Betriebskosten und für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit. Mehrere Hunderte

Auf- und Abbau an einem Tag
Euromix 100 ist auf zwei Sattelzugfahrgestelle aufgebaut und kann in zwei Einheiten transportiert werden. Diese Bauweise garantiert Euromix 100 zugleich Stabilität und Mobilität. Dies gilt auch nach häufigen Standortwechseln. Die komplette Anlage ist werkseitig vorinstalliert und verkabelt. Die Schnittstellen sind mit bequemen Steckverbindungen ausgestattet. Die Anlage wird fundamentfrei aufgestellt. Ein Auf- oder Abbau ist an je einem Tag möglich. Die maximale Transportbreite der Anlage 2,50 m.

Ideal für Großbaustellen
NISBAU ist der Spezialist für Baustellen-Betonmischanlagen im hohen Leistungsbereich, z.B. bei Betonstraßenbau, Flughafenprojekten, Staudämmen, Großprojekten im Kanalbau.NISBAU- Anlagen liefern rezepturgenau und mit jeder Charge eine zuverlässige Mischguthomogenität. Dies ist besonders wichtig bei
Abgabe in offene LKWs, da in diesem Fall eine fehlerhafte Charge nicht mehr korrigiert werden kann. Sie können sich auf die hohe Betriebssicherheit der NISBAU Mischanlagen verlassen.
Keine Kompromisse
Bei umsetzbaren Betonmischanlagen geht die Anforderung der Mobilität häufig zulasten von Wartungsfreundlichkeit und Zugänglichkeit im täglichen Betrieb. Der eigentliche Zweck
der Anlage ist aber die kostengünstige und zuverlässige Herstellung von Beton. Euromix 100 ist deshalb auf Mobilität ohne Kompromisse ausgelegt.
Auch bei Stationärbetrieb eine günstige Lösung.
Euromix 100 kann auch als Stationäranlage betrieben werden. Gegenüber konventionellen Anlagenlösungen ergeben sich attraktive Einsparungen bei den Investitionskosten. Sollte sich nach einigen Jahren der einmalig gewählte Standort als ungeeignet erweisen, so lässt sich eine Veränderung unproblematisch durchführen.
Flexibilität
Euromix 100 ist trotz Standardisierung ein offense System. Lagerung und Dosierung der Zuschlagstoffe kann nach Ihren Wünschen
individuell gestaltet werden. Für den Transport der Zuschlagstoffe stehen eine Variante mit Steigförderband zur Verfügung. Die Steuerung lässt die Einbindung von Kundenwünschen zu.

NISBAU Double wave Load Mixers
The proven double wave load mixers are the NISBAU heart mixing machine. In very short mixture time reaches with each prescription of constantly high mixture property homogeneity. Its matured and solid building method provides low operating cost and high availability.
Several hundreds of NISBAU mixers are world-wide for years in use. They fullfil reliably their service day after day.
Establish on and off on one day
Euromix 100 is developed on two double train chassis and can be transported in two units. This building method guarantees Euromix 100 a great stability and mobility. This is valid also after frequent changes of permanent station. The complete plant is by the factory allready installed. The interfaces are equipped with comfortable plug connectors. The plant foundation is free set up. Establish on and off on one day. The maximum transportation width of the plant is 2.50 m.

NISBAU plants supply exactly prescription with each load a reliable mixture property of homogeneity. Euromix 100 can also be operated as stationary plant. In relation with attractive savings the capital outlays as result to conventional plant solutions. If the uniquely selected location should prove as unsuitable after some years, then a change would leave itself drive through without problem.
Flexibility
Euromix 100 is despite standards an offensive system. Individual storage and dosage of the aggregates can be arranged, according to your desires. For the transport of the aggregates is available a variant climbing conveyor with elevator. The control permits the integration of customer's requests. Nisbau sets a very large value on high quality and development, this is the reason, therefore our plants UNIKATE, are no reproductions of other manufacturers.
